It is my pleasure to have you visit my website. I keep my listings up-to-date and have a great deal of information for you to utilize. Following is a brief personal profile for you to better understand me. My family tree has deep roots in the Bay Area. My grandparents immigrated here during the turn of the last century and instilled in me a strong sense of old-fashioned service and a true respect for the customer. While growing up, my parents were excellent role models; my mother was an elementary school teacher and my father was a family physician devoted to the care of his patients. As a firsthand witness to true customer service, I developed my own ability to provide the finest service. Since 1989, when I got my real estate license, I have kept learning and growing my knowledge to be the best I could be for my clients. I attained my Broker License in 1991, received my CRS designation, Certified Residential Specialist, in the mid 1990’s. The intensive courses surrounding that designation, which has still only been given to just 5% of all agents in the nation, is like a master’s course in providing exceptional service to buyers and sellers. I pride myself in staying up-to-date on the latest computer programs, combining technological know-how with personal service. In the early 2000’s I completed an extensive course given by the National Association of Realtors, making me one of the first 500 agents to become a certified E-Pro Internet Professional. In late 2004 I took more courses to specifically aid seniors and became a SRES, Seniors Real Estate Specialist. The elderly face different issues from the average buyer and seller and need someone who specializes in making the move an easy one. In early 2007 I added yet one more certification and that is RCC, Residential Construction Certified. This is a course that all realtors should be required to take because it is an intensive study on how a home is built from the ground up. Now I will have even more knowledge to help me assist people who are interested in developing their own home or remodel their existing one. By mid 2007 I will also be a CNHS, a Certified New Home Specialist assisting developers in the sale of residential homes. I always want to give the best in customer satisfaction, which is my highest priority.
